Now that you know something about who we are and what we do, we’d like you to consider putting your education to work with us. We seek qualified engineers, with an emphasis in Chemical and Mechanical disciplines, as well as MBA’s for positions at our US headquarters and/or regional locations.

Engineering undergraduates are enrolled in BOC’s 2 year Engineer Skills Development Program which focuses on technical and professional growth through three rotational assignments, training programs, and mentoring. Upon completion of these rotations, you, in a collaborative effort with your management, will receive a full-time assignment. Assignments are located at our US headquarters or one of our several regional offices.

In our MBA training program, successful candidates join as Senior Business Analysts in the Business Planning Group also located at our US headquarters. Senior Business Analysts participate in a wide range of challenging operational, strategic, marketing, and business development projects.

We understand you want to develop the skills that lead to senior management, and we’ve created a structure that promotes this professional growth. This program has produced a significant number of our top managers.

We offer summer internship opportunities for undergraduate engineers and a targeted university program for MBA’s. Application for both programs, by resume and cover letter, should be submitted by late January or early February.
