Medical Plans - BOC offers various medical plans to provide services for illness or injury. The plans differ in the way you choose health care services.

Dental Plan - BOC offers a dental program that allows an employee the freedom to select any dentist. We also offer a Preferred Dentist Program (PDP) to help lower out-of-pocket expenses for most preventive and major dental services.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance - Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) can be key sources of financial security for family members in the event of a BOC employee accident or death.

Dependent Life Insurance - In addition to life insurance, a BOC employee can choose dependent life insurance for a spouse and/or children. Dependent life insurance is designed to help meet immediate expenses in the event of a BOC employee's death.

Business Travel Accident Insurance – The Business Travel Accident Plan is designed to provide benefits to a BOC employee when an accident causes the loss of life or limb.

Long-Term Disability Plan - The Disability plans sponsored by BOC provide protection against loss of income of the employee becomes disabled and cannot work.

Pre-Tax Health Care Spending Account – The Health Care Spending Account enables BOC employees to pay for certain health care expenses not reimbursed by insurance with tax-free dollars.

Pre-Tax Dependent Care Spending Account - The Dependent Care Spending Account allows BOC employees to set aside tax-free dollars to cover eligible dependent care expenses.

Savings Investment Plan (40l-k) – The Savings Investment Plan is designed to help our employees prepare for retirement. Employees have the option to contribute before-tax or after-tax dollars. The company matches a portion of the employee's contribution.

CASH Balance Retirement Plan - The CASH Balance Retirement Plan is designed to provide BOC employees with income for retirement.
