What first attracted me at BOC were its people. From being a summer intern to a full-time employee, I have always found people passionate for their work and willing to cooperate. Its well-diversified employee group help foster a friendly working environment. I quickly merged as an integrated molecule of BOC and felt constantly motivated to devote myself to an innovative BOC future.

The BOC Business Planning group is where I found a unique place to exercise all my analytical skills while exploring different business aspects of the company. Coming from a professional field outside the gases business, I found ample resources to train myself to be an industry expert. Most importantly, the reward of a MBA degree started to flow. I was challenged with real projects where I could utilize many of the financial techniques and exercise business judgments. The on-going discussions with company leaders and the diversity of the projects introduced me to a deeper understanding of our business. Quick responses from U.K. for my projects often made me forget the time and ocean between two countries. Working in this group where everyone shared their stories and lessons was really pleasant.

I believe these extensive exposures will help me to grow a successful career with BOC. I am excited of the opportunities of riding waves with BOC and look forward to continuing my passionate contribution.
