What impressed me most about BOC were the people. From my first visit to the company, I found an overwhelmingly friendly, diverse and professional environment with managers and employees who were genuinely enthusiastic about BOC and the work they are doing.

My decision to join BOC as an application development engineer was definitely the right one. In my job, I interact with both business and technology to develop innovative ways to streamline existing processes and to make BOC more productive and competitive.

Working for a global company offers many advantages – the chance to work with a variety of people, to assume much responsibility, to travel and, above all, opportunities for learning and growth.

BOC looks to invest in its employees by emphasizing education. My experience within those areas ranges from developing knowledge management systems, designing configuration and workflow tools, e-Business applications, and integrating existing programs with SAP initiatives. My new role as an e-business analyst within global eServices Key Customer Management Program enables me to take an even larger and global role and to have new and exciting learning opportunities.
