BOC is looking for candidates with high potential to join its MBA training program as Senior Business Analysts in the company’s business planning group, to support its Gases Americas line of business.

BOC believes that exposing senior business analysts to a variety of products, markets and business disciplines in a dynamic and challenging environment helps them grow. So the Business Planning environment is fast-paced, customer-focused and project-oriented, affording significant exposure to senior management, both in the U.S. and abroad. Following the period spent in Business Planning, analysts can build fulfilling careers in a variety of functional and geographic areas.

Analysts participate in many challenging operational, strategic, marketing and business development projects, including plant feasibility studies, acquisitions and divestitures, market analyses for new products or applications, business plan and strategy development and strategic operational analyses. Preferred business disciplines include strategy, finance, operations and marketing.

BOC is very selective in filling these positions. The company expects successful candidates to join its management team, many of whom also started their BOC careers as Senior Business Analysts.

BOC is look for candidates from top-tier schools with outstanding analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communications skills and a history of demonstrated achievement. The ability to work effectively on cross-functional and cross-cultural teams is critical. BOC will give preference to candidates with a minimum of two years prior work experience and a quantitative undergraduate degree.
